Our Beechwood Grilling planks are a refreshing change from Alder or Cedar. They flavor steaks and salmon with a very unique and different flavor that is out of this world. Don't overlook our 3 pack, you'll get one each of these approximate sizes: 6x6, 6x9 and 6x12. All 3/8 thick. There really is something to Beechwood that gives a great taste. I guess that's why it's used to age beer!
